Staff Telephone Service Representative (Code: S TSR PFS - 09)
The job holder is responsible to provide superior quality service of banking and credit card products by receiving incoming calls related to inquiries, request, complaints and banking transactions according to KPI standard performance. Provide fast and efficient service by making decisions upon requests or transactions defined within parameters of authority. Grab sales opportunity by providing complete information on Banking Products for crosselling to potential customer.
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
* Has product knowledge on Banking or Cards operations.
* Possess good communication skill, telephone skill, and customer oriented person.
* Proficient in English and Computer iterate, i.e. Microsoft Office.
* Willing to work on shift.
